Different Reasons for a Swim
These days more and more people are getting into fitness daily. Either they are attending the gym for workout session or local swimming pools leisure centre for a fitness regime in the pool. So are these the only reasons why people use the swimming pool?
Not so long ago I did a post asking the online audiences on why we go swimming. There was a mass amount of response from several social media sites such as Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon, Facebook and twitter with several different answers.
Lots of people siad that they enjoy light workouts in the pool. Some said that swimming relax their mind. Few came back saying they go in the pool after a hard day at work to relax their body. Some said after a heavy work out they go for a swim to stretch their body out. Some said that they enjoy physical contact in the pool with their partner but let’s not go into too much detail on that one, even though I know you would like to. Some of the other examples are as follows; gathering with friends in a local community centre, get away from their wives and husbands and admire other person’s body, weight loss programs and many other examples.
Seems like most people like swimming for exercising. It is a great equipment to loose weight and also maintain your body up. I enjoy swimming at least three to four days a week. To be honest I have a pool installed in my backyard (and it is indoors) so I can use in whenever I want. These days you can get above ground pools for home which is a great idea to have. Yes it can get hard maintaining the swimming pool but you can get the swimming pool pumps, heaters, chemicals and other equipments on the net in very good prices. Do remember to clean the pool every 4 weeks so that it is clean and the water is clear to use it any time of the year.
