Tips on Using Trampolines
Ever since the emergence of trampolines in 2000 summer Olympic Games the sales of trampolines have risen from the early 90′s. Not only because the publicity arrived from Olympic Games ok that might have helped but it also can be used for various other reasons.
In the UK for last few years many family have bought trampolines. Trampolines are used for fun activities by many families. Using the trampolines as fun activities it will bring family closer together and help them maintain a strong relationship. When children get to teenage years they tend drift away from family bonding. It has happened to me. By drifting I don’t mean it in an aggressive way, it’s just that when they become teenagers some feel that parents are nagging them all the time. So doing fun activities together can certainly help strengthen your relationship with each other.
Trampolines can also be used for your exercise and fitness programs. Having your own trampoline can be very useful, because you will be able to use it any time. There are different shapes and sizes of trampolines so you don’t have to worry about space. Mini trampolines or rebounders is one which can fit anywhere inside or outside the house. It’s very easy to fold it and put it away and takes less space. Mini trampolines or rebounders are used for aerobics and fitness regime by many to help them reduce body fat. There are garden size 14ft trampolines and 12ft trampolines which can be great in use for fun activities with families.
Trampolines are also used to train pilots to have the feel of the air. Navies and Armies have different trampoline exercises they follow every week in and week out to stay fit and maintain their fitness. Trampoline helps strengthen body balance and increase the endurance, which is important for someone to have if they are in the army.
There are other various uses of trampolines which I will be writing on my other posts.
