Which Is the Number One Drink on Holidays?
There is much debate about which drinks are the most popular in the world. Many People think that wine is the biggest selling alcoholic drink in the world, you couldn’t be more wrong, it’s beer! Beer is the king of Alcoholic drinks, and although this is a broad area, I would like to look at the more specific drinks available, and in different places. So let’s start somewhere random then move onto some larger places:
Cuba is the place of cocktails. The most popular tipple is this somewhat unique country, is called the Cuba Libre. The Cuba Libre is a very simple drink, consisting of a Cuban Rum (any will do, obviously the better quality the better), Coke and a lovely slice of lime. People really do seem to like this simple and easy to prepare drink. The next favourite is the typical Mojito, a more flavoured but not so favoured drink.
Egypt, this is our next stop. This is much larger than Cuba, and gets a lot more tourists per Annum. The most popular beer in Egypt is called Stella. Everyone who reads this has probably just thought “what Artois”, and you would be wrong. It is in fact a beer with a 4.5% which in my mind is still a strong beer. Heineken brought this drink and it’s brewery in about 2002.
Now we have America, the biggest of the lot. Anything that comes to mind? This may be a product made by the Budweiser people, but it isn’t their main drink. The Bud beer that is king, is actually Bud Light. Bud Light can be consumed in ridiculously massive amounts, and you wont feel the effects for a fair while. Bud is very close, but these two are the complete front runners for alcoholic drinks in the United States.
So are you looking for Egypt holidays, Cuba holidays or how about something a little more unique like Maldives holidays, where you can construct your own maybe more odd cocktail?
